Placing Your Order
Our account executives are available to assist you Monday through Friday
from 7:00am to 5:00pm at 212-228-2444. Orders must be placed 5:00 PM
to guarantee next day service. Same day orders will be accommodated
whenever possible.
Minimum Orders
Due to quality, quantity and labor involved in preparing and delivering
our food, there is a $75.00 minimum on breakfast orders and $125.00
minimum on lunch orders.
Cancellations/ Changes
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery at no charge.
Because your order is always custom-prepared, cancellation with less
than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Changes may be made up to 12
hours prior to delivery.
Delivery & Weekend Minimums and Charges
There is a $20.00 delivery charge within Manhattan. Charges for Deliveries
outside of Manhattan vary based on location. Saturday and Sunday orders
will incur a $50.00 delivery charge. Weekend minimum order is $1,500.00
When waiters and/ or rentals are required menus will be created using
foods available from the corporate menu and from customized seasonal
menus. If you would like to order food from the corporate menu and
have us provide staff and/ or rentals the price for the food will
increase by 20% - 30%, depending on the size and complexity of your
event. This is in addition to the cost of the rentals and the staff.
This service charge covers the time to plan and coordinate all the
details for your event.
Equipment
All items are served with disposable trays and utensils unless otherwise
requested. For china and stainless steel chafers please add a10% service
charge.
Additional Services
We are a full service caterer and can provide a wide range of services
including rentals, linens, captains, bartenders, waiters and chefs.

Large Groups and Customized Menus
For large groups and clients who order regularly we create customized
menus and employee enhancement program. Please call to inquire about
these programs.

We accept most major credit cards, cash, company check or Neuman &
Bogdonoff house account which may be arranged
